Meet Sarah

Hi, my name is Sarah Day, and I’m the owner of Sarah’s Liquid Sunshine.

After overcoming my own challenges with alcohol, I knew I wanted to create a bar experience that felt uplifting, inclusive, and intentional — one where people can enjoy beautiful drinks without pressure, judgment, or chaos. In May 2025, I put myself through ABC Bartending School, became licensed, certified, and privately insured as a mobile bartender — offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink experiences.

The Lily Package

Perfect for simple, polished service. 

Includes:

  • Basic bar tools 
  • 1 hr setup + 1 hr cleanup 
  • Mixers 
  • No themed decorations 
  • No cooler or table setup (services only) 
  • 2 planning calls to smooth out event details

Pricing: 

  • $40/hr + gratuity (tip optional or mandatory $2/guest added end of service)
  • 4-hr event w/ 1 hr setup & cleanup: $240 + gratuity
  • 6-hr event w/ 1 hr setup & cleanup: $320 + gratuity
The Lily Package

The Poppy Package (VIP)

The premium, curated experience. Elevated, personal, unforgettable. 

Includes:

  • Basic bar tools 
  • 1 hr setup + 1 hr cleanup 
  • 4-ft cooler + pop-up table w/ tablecloth 
  • Mixers 
  • Ice, cups, napkins, straws 
  • Full bar setup with themed decor (client request) 
  • Personalized menu with featured cocktails/mocktails curated to your theme 
  • Available for questions during business hours via text/email/phone 

Pricing: 

  • $60/hr + gratuity (tip optional or mandatory $3/guest added end of event)
  • 4-hr event w/ 1 hr setup & cleanup: $360 + gratuity
  • 6-hr event w/ 1 hr setup & cleanup: $480 + gratuity

A fuller bar setup with a more “event-ready” look. 

Includes:

  • Basic bar tools 
  • 1 hr setup + 1 hr cleanup 
  • 4-ft cooler + pop-up table w/ tablecloth

  • Services + full bar setup with basic decor 
  • 3 planning calls to review details + concerns 

Pricing: 

  • $50/hr + gratuity (tip optional or mandatory $2/guest added end of service)
  • 4-hr event w/ 1 hr setup & cleanup: $300 + gratuity
  • 6-hr event w/ 1 hr setup & cleanup: $400 + gratuity

What’s included in your services?

RBS-certified staff, portable bar setup, basic bar tools, mixers, straws, napkins, and customized menus. 

Do you serve alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks?

Both — we can create cocktail or mocktail experiences. (We do NOT supply the liquor or alcoholic drinks.) 

What if I don’t know all event details yet?

That’s normal. It’s always good to book 3 weeks to 3 months ahead. We’ll handle details as they come in. 

If I’m unavailable for phone calls, can I still contact you?

Yes — we’ll communicate in the way that works best for you.
